Certain tools allow us to imagine a world and then make it happen. Two of the branch managers have shown Doug PowerPoint presentations of new service desks, including 3-D diagrams from the vendors. Those visual representations have allowed us to agree on starting assumptions and proceed to brainstorm improvements.
