Blog about Technology? The more I use a tool, the more useful it becomes. On the converse, conventional wisdom states that if you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Certain tools allow us to imagine a world and then make it happen. Two of the branch managers have shown Doug PowerPoint presentations of new service desks, including 3-D diagrams from the vendors. Those visual representations have allowed us to agree on starting assumptions and proceed to brainstorm improvements.

Alright! The pressure is on, and Rocket thinks walking faster will help me finish (probably not). I like the Flickr Color Picker the most. My favorite color is green, but the sliding bar (adjusting tone and intensity of color) lets me wander over toward blue and expands my comfort zone!
