What is hardest? Probably to use technology to my advantage. On the one hand, I love computers and the magic of databases and spreadsheets, so I think I use technology to my advantage. On the other, I enjoy the rhythm of processes, what my mother used to call "dip and pour", so I don't always think immediately of how technology could help.
